Technical familiarity with stormwater systems, drywell installation, geotechnical considerations, permitting, and regulatory compliance is expected.

Drive business development and account growth for hydrovac and CCTV services. Responsibilities include prospecting, managing customer relationships, preparing estimates and proposals, maintaining CRM records, following up on leads, coordinating with dispatch and field operations, maximizing truck utilization, and supporting successful project delivery. The role serves contractors, municipalities, utilities, property owners, and other commercial customers while identifying recurring service and revenue opportunities.

Performs hands-on field operations for stormwater infrastructure inspections, maintenance, rehabilitation, and construction. Supports camera setup, equipment handling, manhole work, site activities, documentation, safety compliance, and routine problem-solving. Leads by example, assists crew members, maintains vehicles and tools, communicates with supervisors, customers, municipalities, and contractors, and works outdoors in varying weather conditions.
