Own inbound B2B sales opportunities from discovery and qualification through solution development, quoting, negotiation, and close. Build customer and channel-partner relationships, recommend technical power-conversion solutions, manage pipeline activity in HubSpot, coordinate quote-to-order processes, and grow assigned accounts. The role requires strong communication, discovery, problem-solving, CRM, and customer relationship skills, with a focus on achieving sales and conversion goals.

Lead PowerCab2 customer projects from order acceptance through delivery, coordinating Sales, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Success. Own timelines, milestones, risks, escalations, customer communications, and cross-functional accountability. Develop scalable execution processes, configuration standards, handoffs, and governance while identifying and eliminating recurring quote-to-delivery issues.

Designs and develops industrial battery chargers, inverters, and power conversion products from concept through production and field support. Responsibilities include power-system simulation, prototyping, control-loop development, documentation, design reviews, manufacturing transition, compliance, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration. The engineer also mentors team members and contributes to continuous improvement. Required expertise includes power conversion, isolation, EMI/EMC, semiconductors, thermal design, magnetics, control theory, bidirectional topologies, laboratory instrumentation, and volume production launch.
