Lead and scale Revenue and Billing Operations for a multi-service 3PL platform. Own end-to-end billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), financial reporting, systems integration (WMS/TMS/ERP/billing), automation and AI adoption, cross-functional alignment, controls, tax compliance, and build a high-performing team to ensure accurate, scalable revenue capture and margin visibility.

Lead technical direction for a product team building high-throughput, fault-tolerant Elixir systems. Design and implement distributed, event-driven services; write production code; guide architecture, roadmap, reviews, and technical standards; improve reliability and observability; mentor engineers; and collaborate across teams. The role also integrates AI-assisted and agentic development workflows, operates cloud infrastructure, and contributes to systems supporting order, warehouse, transportation, and consumer experience platforms.

Corporate Counsel will support commercial contracting across sales, partnerships, vendors, and logistics relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting agreements, maintaining contract playbooks and negotiation guardrails, developing contract management infrastructure, advising business teams on deal structure and risk, and improving legal processes. The role requires practical legal judgment, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and familiarity with legal technology, AI-assisted contract review, and CLM platforms.
