The Director of Business Development at Stord is responsible for expanding high-value client portfolios, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative relationships and proactive lead generation.

Lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations (inbound, putaway, outbound, returns), manage and develop Area Managers and associates, maintain inventory accuracy and KPIs, oversee staffing, budgeting, payroll, and support new client launches while partnering with cross-functional teams.

Lead day-to-day operations of a large warehouse, manage supervisors and hourly staff, meet safety/quality/KPI targets, optimize labor and processes, oversee budgets and customer service, and drive continuous improvement projects.
