Lead and manage the Customer Experience team to drive strategic initiatives, resolve complex escalations, measure and improve performance, develop processes, and align customer goals with Fulfillment, Transportation, and Tech operations.

Design and scale operational systems for network growth, acquisitions, and new warehouse launches. Lead IE workstreams, develop labor models and engineered standards, drive productivity and cost-reduction initiatives, mentor CI engineers, and quantify network-level impact through data-driven operating models.

Lead operational integration and performance of acquired fulfillment sites. Own portfolio P&L, manage Site GMs, execute 30/60/90-day integration plans, drive WMS rollouts, meet SLA and synergy targets, and stabilize productivity, cost, and service across multiple sites.
