Manage client relationships as primary liaison, ensure service delivery and SLAs, oversee complex service implementations, drive revenue growth and account P&L, audit invoices and A/R, identify expansion opportunities, lead strategic account planning, mentor junior staff, and implement process improvements to optimize performance and customer satisfaction.

Lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations (inbound, put-away, outbound, returns), manage staffing, KPIs, inventory accuracy/ICQA, budgeting/payroll, new client launches, and coach Area Managers while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Lead cross-functional internal systems programs including tooling rollouts, migrations, automation, and SOC audit readiness. Build roadmaps, run reviews, create playbooks, manage vendors and stakeholders, and deliver projects on time with strong communication and execution.
