Oversee warehouse associates and assign loading, unloading, picking, packing, staging, labeling, and inventory tasks. Investigate inventory and bin discrepancies, research problem orders, maintain accurate system records, and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards. Troubleshoot equipment issues, complete reports, operate material-handling equipment, and support warehouse functions in a high-volume fulfillment environment. The role requires physical work, occasional overtime, leadership experience, and proficiency with WMS and inventory systems.

Serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal operations, IT, and finance teams. Manages complex service solutions, customer business reviews, SLAs, documentation, invoice audits, accounts receivable issues, and service improvements. Partners with leadership on business transformation, operational efficiency, financial accuracy, strategic recommendations, and growth opportunities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Lead full sales lifecycle to enterprise customers across the US: prospect, demo Stord platform, build strategic relationships, manage CRM pipeline, forecast revenue, and close new business while maintaining customer satisfaction.
