Build and maintain Snowflake data ingestion and transformation pipelines, migrate legacy ETL jobs, and contribute to dimensional data mart development. Develop source-system integrations, optimize SQL and warehouse performance, implement data quality monitoring, support BI and analytics consumers, and maintain documentation, governance, security, version control, and CI/CD practices. The role requires collaboration with technical and nontechnical stakeholders and occasional after-hours support.

Provides Tier 1 IT support for store and home-office staff by resolving hardware, software, account, networking, connectivity, and access issues. Installs and configures devices and Microsoft 365 applications, supports onboarding and offboarding, documents tickets in Freshservice, maintains hardware inventory, follows security practices, and escalates complex issues. The role requires strong communication, organization, troubleshooting, and basic networking skills, with occasional after-hours support.

Manages financial oversight for third-party properties by preparing financial statements, budgets, audits, and tax support. Analyzes operational and financial performance, identifies improvement opportunities, responds to property owner inquiries, and maintains client dashboards. Serves as the primary liaison between owners and internal teams, supports client relationships, trains team members, and represents the company at trade shows.
