Teams at Storage Solutions

Builds a sales territory for warehouse and automation solutions within a defined region. Owns full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generates net-new opportunities, develops solution proposals with engineering and PM, forecasts pipeline, and grows accounts while collaborating with SDRs, marketing, and leadership. Frequent local travel and occasional overnight work required.

Lead and develop a technical support team for automation software and warehouse systems. Oversee schedules, incident management, escalations, on-call rotations, SLAs, and performance metrics. Collaborate with PLC and software engineers to resolve customer issues, improve processes, maintain knowledge base, support contract renewals, and provide cross-timezone support including occasional after-hours coverage.

Design electrical parts, schematics, and harnesses for mobile machinery; specify control hardware/software, create drawings and BOMs, support prototype testing and commissioning, coordinate suppliers, and troubleshoot products through production.
