Provides first-line phone and email support for warehouse automation software. Diagnoses, troubleshoots, tracks, and escalates customer issues; monitors production environments; tests releases and custom implementations; configures development PCs and test servers; and travels to customer sites for commissioning and on-site troubleshooting. Participates in 24/7 customer support.

Lead integration, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support for lift truck assistance systems in North America. Coordinate field tests, system validation, software updates, and proof-of-concept activities; analyze logs and performance data to resolve complex issues. Collaborate with engineering, service teams, dealers, and customers to support product improvements, market-specific requirements, and product lifecycle activities. Deliver technical training and participate in demonstrations and industry events.

Supports Key Account Managers in planning and delivering complex customer projects for strategic accounts. Coordinates customers, vendors, sales, project management, and internal teams; manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, scope changes, documentation, proposals, and status communications. The role involves customer meetings, site visits, presentations, issue resolution, process improvement, and frequent travel to customer jobsites and headquarters.
