Build and operate production AI agents that complete property-management workflows across voice, SMS, web chat, and email. Integrate agents with APIs and systems of record, implement guardrails for payments and tenant data, manage stateful workflows and human escalation, and improve reliability through evaluations, tracing, regression testing, and cost and latency monitoring. Partner cross-functionally to turn operational processes into safe, measurable agent capabilities.

Build and operate production APIs, analytics data pipelines, Snowflake data models, and customer-facing analytics services. Responsibilities include data integration, incremental and idempotent processing, authorization, query optimization, testing, monitoring, alerting, cost management, and on-call support. Partner with analysts and application teams to deliver reliable reporting, datasets, and AI-enabled analytics features. The role is hybrid in Seattle, requiring onsite work two to three days weekly.

Manages strategic SaaS client relationships to drive adoption, renewals, retention, satisfaction, and value realization. Leads onboarding, account configuration, business reviews, executive engagement, health monitoring, and escalations. Partners with product, engineering, implementation, and internal teams to translate client feedback into product requirements and improvement initiatives. Uses CRM tools to track engagement and communicates strategic insights across the organization.
