Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and machine adjustments in a two-shift production environment. Carry out inspections, emergency repairs, major maintenance tasks, report issues, support production staff during night shifts, and maintain a safe, tidy workplace.

Design and govern enterprise network and telecommunication solutions (WAN/LAN/WLAN, SD‑WAN, MPLS, SASE). Lead technical implementation, migrations, and vendor/service management. Ensure alignment with architecture, IT governance, security standards, and support operational models while contributing to Tower strategy and major programs.

Lead and deliver harvesting development projects from concept to operation, applying data analysis, optimization, digital tools, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve timber value, efficiency, and quality across planning and execution.
