The Controller acts as a finance business partner, overseeing controlling, closing, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role ensures finance policies and processes are applied, supports Record to Report, Purchase to Pay, and Order to Cash stakeholders, and drives process improvements, automation, harmonization, training, and change initiatives in an international matrix environment.

Performs complex general ledger, journal entry, closing, fixed and leased asset, intercompany, tax, and group reporting activities. Ensures IFRS compliance, prepares reconciliations, supports audits, and collaborates across Finance Operations. Coaches accounting specialists, improves standardized processes, and uses SAP and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Develops and optimizes B2B digital marketing campaigns across social, search, web, email, and events. Builds automated lead-generation and nurturing programs, creates content, improves SEO and GEO performance, manages marketing technology, and analyzes campaign data to provide actionable recommendations. Collaborates with internal teams and external vendors to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales pipeline growth.
