Owns income statement and balance sheet activities, financial close, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, governance, and audit coordination. Partners with business management on financial decisions and performs ad hoc analysis. The role also drives process optimization, automation, harmonization, and finance improvement projects while supporting stakeholders across a multinational organization.

Performs general accounting, journal entries, entity close, fixed and leased asset accounting, intercompany accounting, tax reporting, reconciliations, and group reporting under IFRS. Supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, collaborates with international finance stakeholders, uses SAP and OneStream, identifies process improvements, and escalates accounting issues while maintaining accurate and timely financial outputs.

Performs complex general ledger, journal entry, closing, fixed and leased asset, intercompany, tax, and group reporting activities. Ensures IFRS compliance, prepares reconciliations, supports audits, and collaborates across Finance Operations. Coaches accounting specialists, improves standardized processes, and uses SAP and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
