Hands-on Finance Manager responsible for franchise network financial management, treasury and daily cash positions, tax and IRD compliance, IFRS RDR reporting, multi-entity finance operations, and hospitality finance oversight. The role leads a small onshore and offshore team, manages month-end close and Xero accuracy, processes payments, oversees GST, income tax and FBT obligations, and maintains financial controls across New Zealand and Australian entities.

Serve as the Managing Director’s executive coordination hub by managing calendars, priorities, correspondence, meeting preparation, task tracking, follow-up, travel, records, and confidential business and personal matters. The role requires proactive coordination across property, hospitality, finance, legal, HR, and investment activities, ensuring decisions and commitments are converted into completed actions.

Lead in-house legal delivery across commercial property, leasing, disputes, acquisitions, financing, construction, hospitality, and corporate governance. Draft and negotiate legal documents, manage litigation and enforcement matters, coordinate external advisers, oversee legal budgets and registers, improve templates and triage processes, and provide practical advice to directors, executives, and non-lawyer colleagues across New Zealand.
