Lead enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Manufacturing implementations, including solution architecture, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, training, and post-live support. Develop solution blueprints, estimates, requirements, and functional designs while partnering with technical architects, project managers, developers, vendors, and clients. Provide project leadership, support organizational adoption, conduct pre-sales activities, monitor Microsoft releases, and ensure delivery quality using established methodologies.

Identifies and qualifies prospective clients, builds prospect and partner relationships, manages leads in CRM and prospecting tools, follows up on cold and warm opportunities, supports Microsoft co-selling, and hands qualified opportunities to sales teams. The role contributes to new-logo acquisition, revenue growth, campaign effectiveness, sales metrics, and business development through needs discovery and relationship building.
