Manages strategic client accounts, builds executive relationships, oversees account health and delivery alignment, leads business reviews, identifies expansion opportunities, coordinates renewals and engagements, and resolves escalations. The role partners with Sales, Delivery, and Practice leadership to support client retention, revenue growth, successful onboarding, and long-term satisfaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related enterprise solutions.

Leads Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management implementations, including business process design, configuration, customization, integrations, testing, demonstrations, data migration, and functional documentation. The consultant gathers requirements, advises stakeholders, develops solution proposals, manages risks, and provides technical leadership throughout project delivery. The role is remote in the United States and Canada with travel of up to 25%.

Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Supply Chain Management implementations. Responsibilities include designing and configuring solutions, gathering requirements, creating functional specifications, guiding data migrations, managing testing, presenting demonstrations, advising stakeholders, identifying risks, and providing technical leadership throughout client engagements.
