Own the technical architecture and long-term development of BatchMan, an SAP-native workload automation product. Lead AI-first, specification-driven development using Claude Code; review and verify generated ABAP and Java code; maintain classic and modern ABAP systems; develop integrations, optimize SQL and job processing performance, and manage SAP add-on releases. Serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborate with product leadership and customers in German and English.
