Lead the architecture, reliability, and delivery practices for StoneAge’s cloud platforms, distributed systems, full-stack applications, data pipelines, and connected equipment ecosystem. Manage and develop software engineers, establish engineering standards, guide cloud and data architecture, improve CI/CD and observability, lead production incident resolution, and ensure scalable, secure, predictable software delivery across field, edge, and cloud environments.

Provides Tier 1–2 technical support for onsite and remote employees in a Windows-based environment. Responsibilities include workstation deployment and troubleshooting, Microsoft 365 support, user account administration, basic network and VPN troubleshooting, security incident escalation, ticket documentation, and assistance with IT projects and technology rollouts.
