Manage on-site operations, maintenance, and community relations for commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Oversee budgets, financial reporting, contracts, service providers, staff supervision, inspections, emergency response, and board communications. Coordinate improvements, rent/fee collection, and ensure regulatory and building code compliance.

Partner with the Senior HR Manager to manage daily HR operations including bi-weekly payroll (Paycom), employee records, benefits administration, full-cycle recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration (FMLA/STD), employee relations support, SOP development, and serving as primary HR contact for employees.
