Manages daily HR operations, including bi-weekly payroll, employee records, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, leave administration, and compliance. Partners with the Senior HR Manager on performance management, process improvement, SOP development, and employee support. Provides HR process training and handles sensitive personnel information with discretion.
