Owns the full lifecycle of a reusable rocket stage, from concept and trade studies through design, build, testing, launch, reuse, and iteration. Directs structures, avionics, propulsion, and fluid systems engineering; manages requirements, risks, budgets, schedules, and test plans; and leads, coaches, recruits, and develops the stage engineering team.

Leads cybersecurity incident response from triage through recovery across infrastructure, engineering, manufacturing, and aerospace systems. Investigates endpoint, identity, network, cloud, and application activity; preserves evidence; coordinates containment and remediation; improves SIEM, EDR, threat hunting, and automation capabilities; maintains response plans and playbooks; leads exercises and post-incident reviews; briefs stakeholders; mentors responders; and participates in critical-incident on-call coverage.

Own the full post-sale customer experience, including onboarding, implementation, project delivery, support, account growth, adoption, business reviews, escalations, and customer advocacy. Serve as a trusted advisor on design-to-manufacturing workflows and PLM, MES, and ERP systems while collaborating with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. The role requires managing multiple customer projects and traveling extensively for implementations, training, and meetings.
