Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across hotel food and beverage areas. Operates dishwashing and stewarding equipment, washes and sanitizes dishes and cookware, cleans kitchens and service areas, manages waste and recycling, supports banquet plate-ups, receives and stores deliveries, monitors supplies, and reports safety or maintenance concerns. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, physical stamina, teamwork, and clear communication.

Manages daily restaurant and food and beverage operations at H3 Ranch, leading front-of-house teams, overseeing service standards, guest satisfaction, staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, cash handling, compliance, labor costs, and financial performance. Partners with culinary leadership and supports private events, weddings, banquets, and special dining experiences while maintaining a polished hospitality environment.
