Manages the operational, technical, and lifecycle success of assigned managed-services customers. Responsibilities include customer relationship management, service reviews, ticket and escalation oversight, asset lifecycle planning, renewals, contract and licensing coordination, initiative tracking, documentation, account health reporting, and sales opportunity handoffs. The role coordinates across service delivery, engineering, PMO, sales, procurement, finance, and leadership while communicating with customer executives and technical stakeholders.

Owns the health, security, administration, and lifecycle of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, virtualization, backup, and cloud environments for managed-services customers. Responsibilities include PowerShell automation, patching, vulnerability remediation, identity management, disaster recovery testing, infrastructure changes, L3 escalation, documentation, and PCI/HIPAA compliance evidence. Requires extensive Windows infrastructure experience, virtualization expertise, security and compliance discipline, and strong technical documentation skills.

Owns the hardware lifecycle for GPU and infrastructure assets, including fleet health monitoring, vendor RMA workflows, firmware and BIOS upgrades, burn-in testing, failure investigation, inventory accuracy, capacity planning, spare-parts strategy, runbook creation, and new platform qualification. The role serves as the technical owner of physical compute platforms and supports high-density GPU infrastructure across sites.
