Defines strategy and roadmaps for machine learning, AI, experimentation, personalization, and product analytics; drives scalable production capabilities and measurable business outcomes; improves planning, operational readiness, incident management, and decision-making; and builds a high-performing organization of managers and senior technical contributors while partnering with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Leads the strategy, development, deployment, and performance of Stitch Fix’s recommendation, ranking, search, discovery, and personalization systems. Manages Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers, shapes cross-functional product roadmaps, drives offline evaluation and online A/B testing, and oversees the full production ML lifecycle. Advances generative AI and LLM-based evaluation while connecting model quality to client engagement, sales, revenue, margin, and satisfaction.

Prepares SEC filings, financial statements, footnotes, and reporting schedules; manages equity accounting and stock-based compensation under ASC 718; researches U.S. GAAP and SEC guidance; supports audits and SOX compliance; and improves accounting workflows using Excel, Workiva, Oracle, Google Workspace, AI, and automation tools.
