Supports local government finance activities including fixed asset accounting, treasury management, annual accounts, statutory returns, budget monitoring, forecasting, reporting, financial analysis, and financial controls. The role involves collaborating with finance teams, Council departments, auditors, and other stakeholders while developing technical accountancy skills and working toward a professional qualification.

Provides administrative support for a primary school, including maintaining records and filing systems, financial record keeping, budget monitoring, cash handling, and office services. Requires strong organization, confidentiality, initiative, discretion, communication, and interpersonal skills when working with children and families. The role is temporary, part-time, and requires membership in the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme for Children.

Lead school improvement across Stirling’s education service by supporting and challenging schools, analyzing attainment data, coordinating collaborative partnerships, developing improvement strategies, supporting headteacher leadership, and delivering professional learning. The role also involves strategic planning, performance monitoring, policy development, stakeholder reporting, and ensuring compliance with legislation, safeguarding, GDPR, and council policies.
