A full UK driving licence and prior residential lettings experience are required.

The Lettings Valuer grows the property register by winning landlord instructions, identifying business opportunities, conducting valuations and viewings, negotiating tenancies, and achieving individual and branch sales targets. The role requires residential lettings experience, property valuation expertise, strong customer service and negotiation skills, and the ability to build trusted client relationships while supporting branch operations.
