Manage and grow relationships with hospitality partners through frequent site visits, ensuring successful platform adoption, measurable business value, retention, and expansion. Monitor partner health, resolve issues cross-functionally, identify upsell opportunities, and present performance insights to stakeholders. This hands-on, customer-facing role requires strong relationship-building, commercial judgment, organization, and adaptability in a fast-growing AI technology company.

Own the full commercial motion, including C-suite sales, customer lifecycle management, complex AI rollouts, renewals, expansion, and customer value. Lead Key Account Managers and Implementation Partners, shape the product roadmap through customer insight, and build the commercial function’s processes, tooling, hiring plan, and international growth strategy.

Lead end-to-end product design for a squad: craft user flows, wireframes and final Figma designs; run user research and workshops; collaborate with PMs, engineers and stakeholders; maintain design system consistency and deliver user-centered solutions for web and mobile.
