Freelance Presentation Designers will create polished presentation materials for ongoing client events. Responsibilities require strong visual design, attention to detail, advanced PowerPoint proficiency, PC comfort, technical skills, and event production experience. The work occurs intermittently from September through June and may involve international travel and remote collaboration across time zones.

Manages a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary client contact and overseeing projects, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and events. Builds trusted relationships, leads meetings, prepares proposals, maintains CRM data, identifies risks and opportunities, and coordinates with project managers, designers, and consultants. The role requires strong communication, organization, business judgment, quality assurance, problem-solving, and flexibility to support clients across time zones, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Designs clear, engaging client presentations using PowerPoint, animations, tailored graphics, and visual communication best practices. Collaborates with clients, project managers, creative directors, and stakeholders to understand objectives, gather feedback, present concepts, meet technical and brand requirements, and deliver high-quality work. Responsibilities include creative ideation, project participation, quality assurance, and staying current with emerging design technologies and AI.
