Process biweekly payroll for 1,000+ employees across multiple companies, reconcile payroll, manage garnishments and unemployment, handle tax treatment for benefits, run time and attendance in ADP, perform quarterly reporting, assist employees with payroll questions, and support HR administrative tasks and process improvements.

Serve as front-line receptionist and office coordinator: greet visitors, route communications and deliveries, manage vendor relationships, order supplies, support leadership and employee engagement, and administer years-of-service recognition.
