Own and scale the Kubernetes platform supporting long-running AI agent sessions. Design scheduling, autoscaling, isolation, resilient distributed systems, infrastructure as code, Azure production deployments, durable document storage pipelines, enterprise security, compliance, data residency, and observability for workloads involving millions of documents.

Serve as the company’s patent domain authority by supporting enterprise demos, onboarding IP customers, configuring workflows, and enforcing quality standards for AI-generated claim charts, prior-art mappings, and infringement assessments. Translate patent professionals’ needs into product priorities and collaborate with engineers to improve AI reasoning about claims, prior art, and infringement.

Founding Engineer will build Stilta’s AI-native intellectual property platform across the full stack. Responsibilities include developing multi-agent reasoning, retrieval, evaluation, and document-processing systems; building customer-facing features; deploying code rapidly; and establishing engineering standards. The role requires strong software fundamentals, prior agentic-system experience, product ownership from concept through production, and comfort with Python, TypeScript, vector databases, distributed compute, and cloud orchestration.
