Leads the technical direction of a live mobile game, owning architecture, code quality, engineering standards, estimates, risk management, stability, security, and long-term maintainability. Coaches and develops engineers, partners with the Producer on execution and delivery decisions, and ensures sustainable development practices. Requires hands-on Unity and C# experience, leadership of game or product teams, live mobile free-to-play game experience, and fluent English.

Build a greenfield data and analytics foundation for a mobile game, including event tracking, cloud data architecture, pipelines, semantic models, dashboards, automated reporting, and AI-powered insight workflows. Lead agentic engineering practices, review AI-generated code and analytics, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable intelligence on gameplay, monetization, attribution, and player behavior. Partner with product and leadership teams while driving analytics capabilities from concept through production.

Supports leadership and operational teams through research, presentations, decision documents, ad hoc projects, process improvements, and document management. The role coordinates cross-functional activities, organizes business operations, and assists with legal and regulatory compliance, particularly privacy-related matters. It also contributes to smaller projects and provides structure across the game development business.
