Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Greet customers and patients as the retail dispensary front desk, manage check-in and ID verification, provide basic product/service information, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, support team operations, and create welcoming customer experiences.

Package, assemble, label, inspect, and ship cannabis products; operate and maintain production equipment; follow cGMP, PPE and quality/safety protocols; record damaged goods; perform repetitive physical tasks; assist manufacturing staff and complete required training.
