Leads New York’s cannabis sales organization, driving revenue growth, territory strategy, account development, retail execution, forecasting, promotional activity, collections, and cross-functional alignment. Coaches and holds sales representatives accountable to performance KPIs, conducts field visits, develops key accounts, identifies new business opportunities, manages aged receivables, and provides market insights and revenue forecasts.

Provides administrative support to Employee Relations by managing intake inquiries, confidential records, scheduling, grievance and labor relations coordination, compliance documentation, training logistics, employee separations, system updates, employment verifications, expense approvals, and project tracking. Requires strong communication, organization, confidentiality, data-entry, Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office skills. The role is full-time and fully onsite in Los Angeles.

Welcomes customers, patients, and visitors in a cannabis retail setting; manages check-in, verifies identification and documentation, explains basic products and procedures, delivers exceptional customer service, follows company policies, training, operational standards, and applicable regulations.

Manage federal, state, and local tax compliance, including income, sales/use, excise, and property taxes. Prepare returns, maintain tax workpapers, reconcile accounts, support audits, research tax laws, assess product taxability, and assist with ASC 740 provisions. Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams while supporting tax workflow improvements, automation, and regulatory monitoring.

Packages, assembles, labels, inspects, and ships cannabis products while operating production equipment. Prepares raw materials, checks components against specifications, performs routine validation, records damaged merchandise, and follows CGMP, PPE, safety, and quality protocols. The role requires reliable attendance, precision, repetitive physical work, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Prior production, assembly, or cannabis experience is helpful but not required.

Drive revenue and execution across ~30-50 priority retail partners through daily in-market visits, joint business planning, promotional execution, merchandising compliance, training, and CRM documentation. Own revenue targets, distribution breadth, SKU placement, and corrective action for underperforming accounts while ensuring promotional accuracy and AR compliance.

Supports warehouse and distribution office operations through clerical work, data entry, documentation, record keeping, workflow monitoring, communication coordination, and paperwork review. Assists with inventory counts and basic receiving, packing, and organization tasks as needed. Maintains accurate records and a safe, organized work environment while following company and warehouse procedures.

Perform packaging, assembly, labeling, and production-line tasks for cannabis products. Operate and maintain equipment, follow cGMP and PPE protocols, execute validation and quality checks, record damaged items, and assist manufacturing staff. Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Package, assemble, label, inspect, and ship cannabis products; operate and maintain production equipment; follow cGMP, PPE and quality/safety protocols; record damaged goods; perform repetitive physical tasks; assist manufacturing staff and complete required training.

Manage a sales territory to meet weekly, monthly, and annual quotas by developing territory action plans, prospecting and closing new business, maintaining client relationships, collecting receivables, coaching and directing staff, and overseeing departmental operations and compliance. Perform field sales activities, product demos, and other duties to support business objectives.
