Coordinates daily logistics operations, including inventory recordkeeping, shipment scheduling and tracking, warehouse support, discrepancy resolution, and vendor and transportation-provider communication. Ensures accurate, timely deliveries and compliance with company policies and cannabis industry regulations. The role also supports logistics process improvements, maintains performance records, and works onsite in a fast-paced environment with occasional weekend and holiday availability.

Supports warehouse and distribution office operations through clerical work, data entry, documentation, record keeping, workflow monitoring, communication coordination, and paperwork review. Assists with inventory counts and basic receiving, packing, and organization tasks as needed. Maintains accurate records and a safe, organized work environment while following company and warehouse procedures.

Creates and executes print, digital, apparel, social media, packaging, signage, and in-store display designs. Coordinates with creative, marketing, photography, artwork, and printing teams; manages print production and project priorities; ensures cannabis packaging compliance; and works independently while providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring. The role requires onsite availability, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and cross-training within the department.

Supervise daily logistics and warehouse operations, including staff performance, inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, transportation, vendor communication, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with the Logistics Manager to improve efficiency, reduce costs, resolve quality and delivery issues, and support supply chain strategy. The role requires on-site work, physical activity, weekend and holiday availability, and adaptability in a regulated cannabis industry.

Monitor live CCTV feeds and entry points across multiple locations, audit Track-Tik reports and closing procedures, respond to alarms, troubleshoot access/ alarm/camera issues, review footage, document incidents, ensure overnight guard compliance with post orders, and assist Security System Operator and management with security tasks and audits.

Perform packaging, assembly, labeling, and production-line tasks for cannabis products. Operate and maintain equipment, follow cGMP and PPE protocols, execute validation and quality checks, record damaged items, and assist manufacturing staff. Physically demanding role requiring repetitive tasks, lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Implements and enforces compliance policies and procedures, conducts audits and investigations, verifies labeling/manifest and inventory records, assists with security and facility audits, escalates violations, provides staff guidance and training, and supports cross-trained departmental duties to ensure regulatory adherence.

Package, assemble, label, inspect, and ship cannabis products; operate and maintain production equipment; follow cGMP, PPE and quality/safety protocols; record damaged goods; perform repetitive physical tasks; assist manufacturing staff and complete required training.

Greet customers and patients as the retail dispensary front desk, manage check-in and ID verification, provide basic product/service information, ensure regulatory and company policy compliance, support team operations, and create welcoming customer experiences.
