Provides operational, compliance, analytical, and relationship support for advisor-directed advisory programs. Supports Financial Advisors, resolves escalated account and fee issues, monitors programs, develops communications, maintains procedures, evaluates workflows, and implements process improvements. Collaborates with compliance, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders on program enhancements and projects while serving as a subject matter expert.

Supports advisor-directed investment programs through advisor and staff assistance, account setup and maintenance, portfolio model support, program monitoring, compliance and operations issue resolution, procedure documentation, and coordination with marketing and internal stakeholders. Requires investment advisory industry knowledge, portfolio analysis skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and securities licenses.

Trades discretionary advisory accounts, executes portfolio changes and rebalancing, maintains model allocations, reviews cash and positions, and monitors account activity. Provides platform support and training using Vestmark, collaborates with financial advisors and internal departments, completes regulatory and maintenance reports, and helps improve trading workflows while minimizing operational and compliance risk.
