Lead end-to-end ownership of Workday, Workday Adaptive Planning, and Jira; define roadmaps, governance, integrations, and data architecture; drive adoption, platform scalability, AI-enabled automation, and measurable financial and operational value across Finance, People & Culture, Professional Services, and IT.

Support People & Culture with internal communication and employee engagement: create content for Viva Engage, SharePoint and all-hands; explore AI integration; tell employee stories; contribute to recognition, workload and growth initiatives. Hands-on, mentored internship from August to December (unpaid).

Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers to drive adoption and measurable value from an AI-powered SaaS platform. Build executive relationships, monitor customer health, mitigate risks, collaborate cross-functionally, and champion the customer voice to enable long-term growth and advocacy.
