Lead large-scale, cross-functional IT and process transformation projects focused on AI readiness, enterprise architecture, process excellence, and organizational change. Responsibilities include portfolio prioritization, capacity planning, project governance, stakeholder alignment, change adoption, and embedding sustainable technology-enabled processes. The role bridges business requirements and IT execution while managing complex programs, system implementations, and technology-driven initiatives.
