Own monthly close and consolidated financial reporting across multiple entities while maintaining general ledger integrity and internal controls. Lead, coach, and develop assistant controllers, AP, and AR staff. Oversee construction accounting, including WIP schedules, percentage-of-completion revenue recognition, job costing, AIA billing, certified payroll, and vendor/lien compliance. Partner with the CFO to improve close processes, reporting, and team capabilities.

Lead the service department to deliver residential and commercial electrical projects (including EV chargers and generators). Manage staffing, scheduling, permitting, estimating, KPIs, customer relations, quality checks, and cross-department coordination to ensure timely, profitable, and code-compliant project completion.
