Leads enterprise QA strategy, governance, automation, test architecture, tool selection, and CI/CD integration. Coordinates testing across distributed teams and vendors, oversees complex test planning and execution, analyzes quality trends, manages risks, mentors QA staff, and communicates quality metrics and strategy to leadership. The role operates independently and drives continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment on software quality.

Greets and directs callers, customers, vendors, applicants, and visitors; operates the company switchboard; provides clerical support including typing, filing, copying, calendar coordination, mail and package routing, meeting coordination, and catering organization. Works under direct supervision using established procedures and basic communication skills.

Provides administrative and customer support for commercial escrow closings in a branch office. Supports escrow officers, follows established procedures, communicates with internal and external customers, resolves routine transaction-related issues, manages assigned workloads, and helps facilitate real estate transactions through proactive communication and high-quality service.
