Perform quality reviews of client files and production data, identify trends and root causes, recommend and implement quality processes, solve atypical problems, and support team efficiency as an individual contributor.

Provide operational support for notary and signing requests across the transaction lifecycle. Follow established procedures to complete daily tasks, communicate with clients and notaries, resolve straightforward issues, and perform other duties under direct supervision.

Manage escrow accounts and settlements for residential and commercial transactions. Handle funds, process closing documents, ensure compliance with policies, mitigate risk, coordinate parties, provide subject matter guidance, analyze data to resolve complex issues, and lead team coordination to complete closings.
