Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgery across all ages. Assist physicians with procedures, circulate in the OR, monitor and document patient condition, and support recovery in a 3-room surgical suite covering General, Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, Cataract and Podiatry.

Lead and manage all laboratory operations, ensure CLIA and regulatory compliance, oversee staffing, budgeting, quality control, equipment maintenance, and cross-department collaboration to support patient care and continuous improvement.
