Develop and evaluate AI and NLP tools for regulatory and policy analysis, including document comparison, classification, information extraction, summarization, public-comment analysis, and draft regulatory content generation. Build rapid software prototypes, integrate models with visualizations, assess usability and performance, document methodologies, and collaborate with researchers and subject-matter experts to transition successful prototypes into operational workforce-support tools.

Administers financial aid programs, including awarding, reporting, reconciliation, verification, professional judgment reviews, and compliance. Counsels students and families, manages pre-college aid, analyzes systems and reports, improves the student experience, trains staff, supervises student workers, and partners with admissions and campus offices to support enrollment goals.

Supports an AI-first software engineering course by grading assignments and exams, administering exams, attending lectures and office hours, assisting with Zoom sessions, answering routine student questions, escalating complex inquiries, summarizing student concerns, logging course-content updates, and completing administrative tasks. Requires strong written and oral communication, a bachelor’s degree, and knowledge of AI-enabled software development, cloud deployment, testing, observability, and responsible AI practices.
