Teams at Sterlington

Own invoicing and billing operations, including preparing invoices, validating time and expense entries, managing billing schedules, resolving client queries, maintaining records, supporting month-end close, and coordinating with collections and accounts receivable. The role also identifies process improvements and uses accounting, ERP, legal billing, and AI-assisted tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Provides escalated IT support for Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Azure Virtual Desktop, identity systems, and endpoint management. Handles major incidents, onboarding and offboarding, device lifecycle management, Intune operations, ticket and SLA management, documentation, root-cause analysis, and support-team training. Partners with security teams on access reviews, compliance, phishing, and data protection while identifying automation and self-service opportunities in a distributed remote environment.

Provides senior-level IT support as an escalation point for complex incidents, troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, macOS, Azure Virtual Desktop, identity systems, and endpoint devices. Manages onboarding, offboarding, device lifecycles, Intune operations, access administration, incident response, documentation, and SLA tracking. Performs root cause analysis, supports security activities, improves self-service, and automates routine support tasks. The role is fully remote and serves distributed employees, including senior executives and partners.
