Supervise front desk and front-office operations, maintain guest service standards, resolve guest issues, oversee reservations and suggestive selling, and support occupancy and revenue goals. The role also manages employee hiring, training, financial transaction controls, guest security, and departmental administration while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Open availability for all shifts and strong communication skills are required.

Supervise hotel security officers, assign patrols and posts, monitor performance, respond to incidents and emergencies, conduct investigations, review reports, maintain security documentation, coordinate with leadership and emergency responders, and support officer training while delivering professional guest service.

Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs throughout a hotel property, including guest rooms, public areas, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, pool, cooling, and boiler systems. Responds to maintenance requests and guest concerns, supports safety and regulatory compliance, and helps maintain a comfortable, functional environment.
