The House Person at Courtyard Marriott is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in facilities, delivering guest requests, handling linen, and providing excellent customer service while complying with health regulations.

Serve as primary contact for group and meeting clients from contract turnover through event completion. Manage all aspects of group planning, prepare BEOs and event documentation, coordinate hotel departments for flawless execution, conduct site inspections and sales calls, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue through account management and proactive outside sales.

Lead and manage all hotel engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are functional and safe. Oversee preventative maintenance, emergency response, budgets, vendors, and maintenance staff training while maintaining compliance with safety and brand standards.
