Manage day-to-day HR operations including full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, compliance with employment and safety regulations, workers' compensation support, training/orientation, office management, and employee engagement initiatives for a hotel.

Support hiring and onboarding processes including applicant screening, reference checks, paperwork verification, new hire orientation, recordkeeping, benefits inquiries, and HR reporting. Maintain logs and assist managers with candidate referrals and employee status changes while ensuring policy compliance and timely communication.

Provide overnight security patrols and surveillance of hotel premises, detect and deter criminal behavior, respond to emergencies, file reports, assist guests and management, and enforce safety procedures.
