Manage hotel human resources operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS processes, compliance, training, engagement, retention, and employee documentation. Partner with hotel leadership to strengthen workplace culture, support employee development, resolve workplace concerns, and coordinate team events and recognition initiatives.

Generates new hotel business by prospecting corporate clients, managing sales pipelines, responding to RFPs, conducting site tours, negotiating contracts, and converting meeting and room-block leads. Lead sales, marketing, catering, and business development for two Marriott hotels with 605 rooms and 65,000 square feet of event space. Develop sales strategies, manage key relationships, achieve revenue and profitability goals, oversee reporting and budgeting, maintain marketing initiatives, and lead the sales team through training, evaluation, and performance management. Represent the hotels with ownership, management, local organizations, and convention partners while resolving guest concerns and participating on the executive committee.
