Supports the Marketing & Communications team with branded marketing materials, content library and SharePoint administration, helpdesk support, communications campaigns, thought leadership tracking, competitive research, and AI-enabled workflow improvements. Coordinates internal events, manages invitations and RSVPs, maintains office swag inventory, creates digital assets, photographs events, and sends follow-up communications. The role is full-time, hourly, and in-office four days per week in La Jolla.

Supports integrated marketing initiatives through branded content creation, event coordination, marketing analytics, dashboard maintenance, website and employee profile updates, digital campaigns, email marketing, and platform administration. Coordinates logistics, vendors, attendees, inventory, payments, meetings, and conference calls. The role also assists with culture and charitable programs while contributing to firmwide communications in a collaborative, in-person environment.

Evaluates private equity co-investments and primary fund opportunities across sourcing, due diligence, underwriting, valuation, execution, and portfolio monitoring. Develops financial models, investment perspectives, and Investment Committee materials; assesses managers, funds, transactions, risks, returns, and portfolio construction. Coordinates external stakeholders, supports transaction closings, maintains sponsor relationships, contributes to market analysis, and mentors junior team members.
