The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports interview scheduling, ATS management, candidate communication, and administrative duties for hiring teams across EMEA and APAC.

Draft, negotiate, and manage legal documentation for venture capital and growth equity funds and investments; support fund formation, primary/secondary and direct investments; coordinate due diligence and outside counsel; advise on U.S. securities and regulatory matters (SEC, ERISA) and Cayman Islands filings; evaluate deal and securities risk; collaborate with investment, finance, compliance, and operations teams.

The Analyst provides analytical and modeling support for infrastructure investments, conducts research, prepares valuation and advisory materials, and interacts with clients.
