Provide portfolio analytics and reporting for private markets clients, serve as account manager for client deliverables, lead ad hoc projects, ensure deadlines and quality control, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with Accounting, Research, and Investor Relations.

Support PMO workflows by coordinating project intake, managing documentation, facilitating meetings, and tracking deliverables to ensure efficient project execution.

Support SPI Research product backlog and agile delivery: write user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritize features, coordinate with engineering and data teams, gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders, manage cross-product dependencies, assist releases and adoption, and present product demos to clients.
