Jobs at Stephens Family YMCA

Seasonal after-school assistant supporting YMCA youth programs (ages 5–12). Assist directors with supervision, plan/lead age-appropriate activities, maintain safety and cleanliness, track attendance, attend trainings, and help grow enrollment. Work 10–20 hours/week; CPR/AED required within 60 days.

Lead mobile after-school programming by setting up and maintaining equipment, supervising youth, enforcing safety and YMCA policies, assisting with activities and homework, communicating with parents, and reporting maintenance or safety issues.
