Provides front-desk and administrative support for a school, including greeting visitors, managing communications, coordinating student arrivals, dismissals, transportation, calendars, room reservations, events, field trips, supplies, and internal communications. The role also supports student safety, school operations, faculty coordination, and the school’s diversity, equity, and inclusion mission.

Develop and execute alumni and community engagement strategies that strengthen lifelong relationships, increase volunteerism and philanthropy, cultivate major and planned-giving prospects, and support annual giving. Manage alumni communications, volunteers, affinity groups, mentorship, networking, events, and engagement data. Collaborate with advancement, admissions, communications, academic leadership, families, and school staff on fundraising, stewardship, commencement, appreciation, and community-building initiatives.
