Establish deployment processes, troubleshoot production outages, conduct root-cause analyses, automate routine tasks, support developers, gather system requirements, and collaborate on product development. Responsibilities also include audits, system upgrades, capacity planning, benchmarking, security, monitoring, and implementing highly available deployment strategies such as blue-green and canary releases.

Backend Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and delivering backend services and components from prototype through production. The role includes collaborating with product and design teams, developing Java and Spring Boot applications, working with MySQL and microservices, integrating REST APIs, and owning solutions such as document parsing and deep-learning applications. Candidates should have strong software engineering fundamentals, database modeling experience, testing knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in Agile startup environments.
