Own SEO and AI-search strategy for step.com and the Money 101 blog: run daily content production (writing and managing freelancers/AI), technical SEO, AEO/GEO optimization, backlink/digital PR, YouTube/video SEO, E-E-A-T and compliance, and organic performance reporting to grow traffic and AI citations.

Own and operate Step's marketing technology stack: manage vendors and ad/channel integrations, build data pipelines and models for measurement and audiences, implement attribution and GA4, enable self‑serve analytics, and deliver lifecycle programs like rewards and offers while bridging Marketing, Product, and Engineering.

Lead product and lifecycle marketing for Step's consumer finance products, owning go-to-market strategy, launches, cross-functional partnerships, and full-funnel lifecycle campaigns. Build and mentor a product marketing team, drive loyalty/gamification programs, leverage research to inform product roadmaps, and partner with product, design, engineering, and Beast Industries to scale acquisition, engagement, and retention.
