Performs automotive accounting activities including posting vehicle deals, verifying figures and documents, reconciling schedules, processing vehicle records, and ensuring regulatory and company-policy compliance. Collaborates with sales and finance teams, communicates discrepancies, performs general office duties, and maintains accurate accounting records using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Sells wholesale automotive parts to assigned and prospective customers through in-person and phone contacts. Visits accounts, communicates orders to the warehouse, coordinates special orders and delivery instructions, obtains pricing approvals, follows up on customer satisfaction, maintains customer records, submits reports, and represents the company professionally. Requires strong organization, communication, integrity, inventory-system proficiency, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a valid motor vehicle record.

Sells vehicles by greeting customers, identifying needs, demonstrating vehicles, negotiating purchases, coordinating financing and delivery, and providing post-sale follow-up. The role is responsible for meeting unit sales and gross profit targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, completing accurate paperwork, earning manufacturer certifications, introducing customers to service, and complying with automotive retail laws. Work occurs on a dealership showroom floor and sales lot, requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
