Supports salespeople with deal closing, oversees customer satisfaction, manages designated employees, monitors auction performance, and coordinates vehicle deliveries and documentation.

Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from greeting and needs discovery through negotiation, financing handoff, delivery, and long-term follow-up. Meet monthly unit and profit targets, maintain high CSI scores, complete OEM and dealer training, execute accurate paperwork, and build repeat/referral business while complying with automotive retail laws.
