Own strategic relationships with large enterprise SaaS customers from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion. Develop account plans, build executive relationships, define measurable success outcomes, drive platform adoption, identify risks, lead business reviews, and support growth opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Marketing, and Support while advising customers on AI strategy, governance, workflow transformation, and digital marketing operations.

Design end-to-end experiences for Stensul's B2B SaaS platform: from concepts and user flows to production-ready UI. Lead research, usability testing, prototyping, and design-system contributions. Partner closely with PMs and engineers, shape product strategy with customer insights and data, mentor designers, and raise design quality in an AI-first environment.

Own and grow a book of Fortune 500 enterprise accounts through upsell, expansion, and renewals. Build account strategy plans, multi-thread into organizations, develop executive relationships, create ROI-driven business cases around AI governance and workflow transformation, coordinate plays with Customer Success/SDR/Marketing, maintain Salesforce pipeline hygiene, and travel (~25%) for onsite engagement and events.

Own full sales cycle for enterprise marketing accounts: build pipeline via outbound and ABM, engage senior marketing leaders, partner with Solutions Consulting and SDRs, negotiate contracts, and drive land-and-expand growth grounded in ROI, governance, and AI readiness.

Lead technical direction for a platform team, contribute hands-on to code, improve scalability/reliability, mentor engineers, drive cross-team architecture, and own incident response and operational excellence.
