Assists experienced plumbers with repairs, installations, maintenance, rough-ins, piping, fixtures, valves, excavation, material handling, and job-site cleanup. Learns plumbing tools and equipment while maintaining safe, organized work areas and providing courteous customer service. Requires dependability, willingness to learn, physical stamina, ability to work in confined spaces and varied environments, and ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations and repairs, carry and inventory tools/materials, learn troubleshooting and safety procedures, maintain clean worksites, and communicate with team and customers.

Prepare and send invoices, process payments, track aging and follow up on past-due accounts, handle customer billing inquiries, maintain AR records and reports, support month-end close, and perform related duties.
