Lead and develop an in-house software team while owning technical direction, architecture, integrations, hosting, cloud services, security, supplier relationships, and platform governance. The role oversees Dynamics 365, Power Platform, web applications, AWS environments, CI/CD, technical debt, documentation, licensing, and incident reviews. It combines people-focused leadership with hands-on technical oversight across a varied digital estate supporting STEM education.

Develop, customise and support Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate). Deliver new functionality, integrations, plugins/workflows (C#), and contribute to architecture, ALM and solution design while working with stakeholders and third-party partners.
