Own the recruiting AI and automation roadmap, improve ATS workflows and analytics, establish evidence-based assessment practices, build talent intelligence, and support critical executive or business-critical searches. The role focuses on scaling recruitment for a fast-growing B2C EdTech and subscription mobile-app company.

Perform end-to-end manual testing of web platform features across frontend, backend, APIs, and third-party integrations. Conduct regression and production smoke testing, validate requirements, investigate defects using logs and network data, document reproducible bugs, and support internal teams with issue triage. Maintain test documentation in TestRail, Jira, and Confluence, apply risk-based test design, and collaborate with automation engineers. The role requires ownership, clear communication, and experience working in fast-paced product environments.
