Translate product initiatives into technical solutions, define service boundaries and APIs, design event-driven workflows, own production readiness (monitoring, SLIs/SLOs, incidents), improve engineering practices, and introduce AI-assisted development workflows while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Design and build backend services for a distributed, microservice-based platform. Develop new functionality from scratch, integrate external services, ensure performance and reliability, participate in architecture discussions, troubleshoot production issues, and use AI-assisted tools to improve development productivity.

The Creative Producer will drive creative vision and strategy, lead marketing campaigns, analyze effectiveness, and optimize processes in EdTech.
