The role also ensures software quality standards and industry compliance.

Develops and optimizes 3D spatial biology applications for diverse tissue types and customer studies. Responsibilities include experimental design, tissue preparation, assay execution, imaging, quality control, spatial data analysis, troubleshooting, technical reporting, and customer presentations. Partners with research, bioinformatics, operations, field applications, and commercial teams to transfer methods into scalable service offerings while managing multiple projects and maintaining laboratory quality standards.

Lead computational analysis and biological interpretation of spatial and single-cell oncology datasets, focusing on tumor microenvironment composition, spatial organization, cell states, interactions, heterogeneity, segmentation, deconvolution, neighborhood analysis, and biomarker discovery. Partner with wet-lab, engineering, product, commercial, and external teams to validate assays, develop reproducible workflows, distinguish biological signals from technical artifacts, and communicate actionable oncology insights.
