Provide legal counsel for outward-facing marketing, communications, product launches, events, brand/IP, and partner initiatives. Review and negotiate marketing and partnership agreements, identify and mitigate regulatory, privacy, consumer protection, and reputational risks, support event and brand strategy, and build scalable legal processes, templates, and playbooks to enable fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Provide legal review and counsel for SDF's outward-facing marketing, communications, product launches, events, brand/IP, and partner work. Draft and negotiate marketing and vendor agreements, identify and mitigate legal/regulatory/consumer protection risks, support event logistics and brand protection, and build practical legal processes, templates, and playbooks to enable fast-moving cross-functional teams.

Responsible for leading the Account Management team, driving blockchain adoption in financial services, managing relationships with key partners, and developing strategic market insights.
