Teams at Stellar Development Foundation

Manage partner integration programs for the Stellar blockchain network, coordinating engineering, business development, marketing, product, and account management teams. Own partner roadmaps, lead technical and business meetings, resolve dependencies and blockers, maintain program documentation, measure performance against OKRs, and establish scalable program-management processes. The role requires technical fluency, financial services experience, blockchain familiarity, strong communication and leadership skills, and willingness to travel internationally.

Own partner roadmaps, dependencies, risks, milestones, documentation, and program performance. Lead technical and business meetings, establish scalable program-management processes, and ensure delivery against organizational goals. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, technical fluency, and experience working with external partners in financial services and blockchain environments.

Lead and manage the Site Reliability Engineering team, establish vision, define processes for collaboration, design robust infrastructure, and mentor team members while ensuring service availability and system reliability.
