Leads Stellar Development Foundation’s ecosystem growth team and builder support programs, including the Stellar Community Fund. Oversees founder discovery, selection, funding, mentorship, launch, and portfolio growth. Manages senior program and community managers, sets strategy and performance metrics, evaluates portfolio traction, and partners across business development, developer relations, marketing, legal, and finance. Uses data, AI tools, and automation to improve program scale and outcomes while representing SDF at industry events.
