As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own parser development for security data normalization, leveraging AI for improved efficiency and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads and coaches a team building and maintaining integrations between a cybersecurity platform and third-party technologies. Responsibilities include technical design reviews, code reviews, troubleshooting, direct engineering contribution, delivery planning, stakeholder collaboration, process improvement, and team development. The manager balances new integrations, maintenance, customer needs, and technical debt while promoting reliable engineering practices and practical use of AI-assisted development tools.

Serves as the primary technical liaison for cybersecurity clients, leading solution implementation, configuration, integration, testing, optimization, training, and issue resolution. Conducts cybersecurity environment assessments, monitors performance and threats, escalates complex issues, and develops long-term security strategies with clients. Collaborates with sales, support, and engineering teams, creates technical documentation, and travels to client sites for support and training.
