Serves as the primary technical liaison for cybersecurity clients, leading solution implementation, configuration, integration, testing, optimization, training, and issue resolution. Conducts cybersecurity environment assessments, monitors performance and threats, escalates complex issues, and develops long-term security strategies with clients. Collaborates with sales, support, and engineering teams, creates technical documentation, and travels to client sites for support and training.

Serves as the primary technical liaison for cybersecurity clients, leading assessments, implementation, configuration, integration, testing, optimization, training, and issue resolution. Monitors client environments for performance problems, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats while coordinating escalations with internal teams. Develops long-term security strategies, creates technical documentation, and supports customer relationships through on-site visits as needed.

Provide senior-level technical support for a cybersecurity and SIEM platform in Korea. Handle critical escalations, complex troubleshooting, log ingestion and parsing, network and cloud telemetry issues, performance problems, root cause analysis, and incident resolution. Engage customers during Severity 1 incidents, lead resolution calls, support releases and deployments, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and SOC teams. The role includes on-call and weekend support rotation.
