Lead design, development, and release of ADAS components (radar, cameras, ultrasonic, ECUs). Manage suppliers/programs, track and resolve issues, author/approve FMEAs/DVPRs, develop validation and diagnostics plans, support launch and warranty, and coordinate cross-functional integration and risk mitigation.

The Manager oversees the Voice of the Customer program, analyzing data to enhance customer care performance and drive improvements.

The ILE Launch and Execution Manager leads teams to design and implement material handling solutions, oversees logistics engineering budgets, and manages workplace integration. Responsibilities include strategy development, layout engineering, equipment procurement, and cross-functional coordination for new vehicle programs.
