Manage VCP office operations and program execution: coordinate business planning, track milestones, run governance cadence, prepare executive reports, maintain documentation, and liaise across Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, and Manufacturing to drive accountability and timely follow-up.

Manage and standardize manufacturing processes on the plant floor, supervise bargaining unit employees, lead process/part changes, analyze quality data (SPC/CP-CPK), support root cause analysis, ensure non-conforming parts are handled, and lead continuous improvement and kaizen activities to improve safety, quality, cost, and throughput.

Coordinate CAPEX and transformation cost collection for propulsion system programs, produce cost studies and financial analyses (make/buy), create leadership presentations, track implementation activities, and work with cross-functional teams to document and implement product/process requirements.
