Manage the full Italian payroll cycle, including collecting and validating inputs, reviewing payroll outputs, coordinating with an external provider, and resolving employee queries. Maintain Zucchetti time and attendance data, support salary payments, reconciliations, reporting, year-end activities, and compliance with Italian payroll and labor legislation. Partner with Finance and provide accurate, timely payroll support to employees and managers while contributing to process improvements.

Supports ready-to-wear product development by maintaining technical product information, pattern data, size charts, material and yarn codes, and documentation. Assists with pattern file transfers between systems and ensures technical data accuracy. Collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers across knitwear and jersey development activities. This is a six-month internship based in the Novara office.

Manage sampling and production cost calculations for shoe styles, maintain cost data, monitor margins, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with Product, Merchandising, Production, and Purchasing teams to negotiate supplier prices, meet margin targets, manage budgets, and track cost trends. Prepare regular cost and profit-margin reports while supporting efficient collection development timing.
