Teams at Stella McCartney

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for UK head office and selected regional roles. Build relationships with stakeholders, source candidates, map creative talent markets, support early careers hiring, and strengthen employer branding. Improve candidate experience, interview and assessment practices, diversity and inclusion, and recruitment metrics. Manage recruitment vendors and provide hiring manager training while serving as a brand ambassador for Stella McCartney.

Manage Stella McCartney’s organic social media presence across global and Eastern platforms. Create, shoot, edit, schedule, and publish social content; oversee community management, copywriting, content briefs, influencer initiatives, and event coverage. Analyze performance, competitors, audiences, and trends to develop strategies, KPIs, reports, and ongoing optimizations. Collaborate with editorial, creative, regional, and social teams to grow engagement and strengthen brand storytelling.

Supports ready-to-wear product development by maintaining technical product information, pattern data, size charts, material and yarn codes, and documentation. Assists with pattern file transfers between systems and ensures technical data accuracy. Collaborates with internal teams and external suppliers across knitwear and jersey development activities. This is a six-month internship based in the Novara office.
