Develop and implement enterprise indirect-spend sourcing strategies across the US and Canada. Lead supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, cost optimization, KPI development, change management, reporting improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Support supply chain process enhancements, supplier diversification, compliance, sustainability initiatives, and adoption of SAP, Ariba, Power BI, and Excel-based tools. This onsite/hybrid Lenexa role requires up to 30% travel across the US and Canada.

Leads the development of Stella-Jones’ enterprise manufacturing engineering and reliability capability across North American plants. The role optimizes processes, equipment, facilities, maintenance strategies, capital projects, automation, controls, and operational technology. It establishes engineering standards, reliability frameworks, technical governance, and a knowledge base while building and mentoring a technical team. The Director works across plant operations, maintenance, PMO, IT/OT, vendors, and engineering firms, with travel of approximately 50%–60%.

Lead complex steel fabrication projects from contract award through delivery. Manage schedules, budgets, costs, change orders, risks, quality, documentation, and customer communication while coordinating Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, and Quality teams. The role manages multiple projects in a manufacturing environment, protects project margins, ensures contractual compliance, and supports customer relationships. Hybrid work in Fayetteville, Tennessee, with up to 15% travel in the United States and Canada.
